Because we want you to be able to choose your jewellery and shop on Rambaud-pearl.com with total peace of mind, we have established the "satisfaction or refund" guarantee. This guarantee allows you a period of 7 full days counted from the date of delivery to return any article that does not entirely fulfil your expectations to us.

Therefore, if this should occur, all you will have to do is return the merchandise to us in its original condition and packaging, within the indicated period. La Maison Rambaud will then offer you an exchange or a refund. All you will pay are the transportation charges.

2. Authentic, certified jewels, stones and pearls

The metals used to manufacture the jewels and the assaying of them are subject to declarations by state organisms and when appropriate, the stones and pearls are guaranteed as authentic and natural.

Above a certain value, the pearls are systematically accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

In the event of dissatisfaction, whatever the reason, the "satisfaction or refund" guarantee is in place so that nothing can spoil the pleasure of purchasing jewellery on Rambaud-pearl.com.

3. Secure payments

Our bank card payment system is totally reliable and subject to constant surveillance. La Maison Rambaud works with service providers who are specialists in secure Internet payments, Paypal (www.paypal.com) - simpler for anyone who already has a paypal account - and the bank HSBC. On making your payment you will have to give your bank card number and, depending on the type of card, the expiry date and the card security code (3-digit number on the back of the bank card). At no time will your bank details travel over the web unciphered; they are immediately encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and sent to the payment service provider who transmits it to the bank. This allows for maximum security of the data circulating. - This guarantee covers all repairs from normal use of your jewellery, plus the costs of return delivery after repair.
- To make use of the 1 year guarantee, you must return the piece:

Any product with a defect arising in the view of Rambaud 1885 from a modification or attempted repair, or through negligence, misuse or accident is not covered by the present guarantee.

- Note that for optimal maintenance, it is recommended to have your necklace or bracelet re-threaded once a year.
That’s why, according to our commitment to quality, we offer you the first re-threading of your necklaces free of charge. (Exclusively for on-line purchases)
- For any repairs of your jewellery, our team undertakes to clean them and return them to their original brilliance.
- Rethreading is offered free of charge for all purchases of extension pearls for necklaces.

6. Dispatches in discreet envelopes and protected in AR mode, with gift wrapping

Our products are dispatched in discreet envelopes and protected by registered post with recorded delivery or Colissimo. We offer careful packaging in a case and a sleeve and if it is a gift, gift-wrapped and accompanied by a text you have composed.

7. Possibility of tracking your order step-by-step

You can follow the status of the processing of your order directly on our website by entering the identification codes given to you when you place your order.

Moreover, you will receive e-mails informing you of the evolution of the processing of your order (payment validated, merchandise shipped etc.).

8. Estimate within 48h or repair free of charge

For any intervention not covered by the guarantee, we undertake to send you an estimate by e-mail within 48h counting from the date of reception of your pieces.
If no estimate is sent within 48 from reception of an item, the repair will be free of charge.
